We All Have a Role in Preventing ACEs

Writer's picture: Patricia BrickerPatricia Bricker

Adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) affect children and families across all communities. ACEs can impact kids’ health and well-being and can have long-term effects on adult health and wellness.

Training modules from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) can help everyone learn to prevent childhood adversity. An additional module for mental health and medical providers provides information tailored to the work they do with children and families.

Take the trainings and earn continuing education credits.
