Pennsylvania AHEC is holding a special series on trauma-informed management for CHW supervisors in August. The three-part series will focus on nurturing collaborative teams, navigating difficult conversations, and providing constructive and positive feedback.
Sessions will be led by Alia Sutton-Bey, a Philadelphia-based workforce development trainer and coach focused on self-awareness, personal and professional strengths, confidence building, goal development and execution, and accountability.
Sessions will be held on Aug. 13, Aug. 20, and Aug. 27 from 10am-12pm. Registration is free.
