The Eastcentral and Northcentral PA AHECs are hosting the Third Annual PA Community Health Worker Conference at the Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center on Sept. 23-24.
The conference brings together CHWs from across the state for two days of learning, connecting, poster presentations, and an EPIC awards/networking dinner.
